Ensure full compliance with SFDA regulations and requirements. Apply and maintain HACCP GMP, and ISO 22000 systems. Conduct routine inspections on production lines and follow up on corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation Train and raise awareness among emplovees on food safety and hygiene practices.
