Medstar Group Companies is looking to hire Benefits Specialist.
Location: 10th of Ramadan
About the Job
*Responsible for all the benefits offered by the company:Company Loans - Bank Loans - Fellowship Fund - Holiday Grants - Study Grants - Ramadan Gifts - Al Mawlid Al Nabawi ).
*Responsible for contracts for medical care and finalize all electronic procedures.
*Passionately communicate with medical insurance provider to get the required approvals, add new members, change category and delete the terminated employees.
*Distinctively communicate & follow up with the medical insurance provider regarding the reimbursement after sending all the required documents & original receipts to the provider.
*Accurately review all the invoices (claims, addition, administration, debit, doctor on site) received from the medical insurance provider before submitting to the finance for payment.
*Accurately develop frequent medical reports to be submitted to the direct manager to reveal the utilization vs actual.
*Accurately monitor and track the doctor’s attendance at all branches to ensure smooth work operations and quality of services.
*Dealing with transport companies.
Job Requirements
*Bachelor degree.
*HR diploma or an advanced. *Degree is Preferred.
*Min 2 years’ experience in Hr ( Benefits ) .
*Experience in Manufacturing & Industrial Sector is preferable.
*Very Good English.
*10th of Ramadan Residence.
*Males Only.
