Position: GM Sales & Marketing (Heading Local, Export, Marketing, and Technical & Business Development)
Qualification: 20-30 years of relevant experience in selling and marketing of Construction Materials or Construction Chemicals products with Civil or Architectural background. Export & local sales experience is a must.
Job Objective:
• Business professional who helps to direct the company towards achieving its business plan.
• He has the responsibility of ensuring that the company is achieving its goals and objectives.
• He would make sure that the company derives increased revenue thereby achieving the sales and contribution targets.
• He has the vision to set the strategies to fulfill his responsibility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing of the sales team as well as the direct sales, which means that he would ensure that the desired strategies are successfully accomplished.
• Creating a relationship of partnership with the senior level sales executive of the organization in order to identify and then pursue the different scopes for business development.
• Coordinating with the sales, marketing and executive team of the organization in order to make it function smoothly.
• Planning and executing of both short- and long-term revenue deriving strategies of the organization.
• Export & local sales experience is a must
• Civil or Architectural background
