Landmark group Egypt is looking to hire retail area manager for MAX Non-Cairo stores
Specifics tasks will include:
• To Lead store teams to achieve their sales targets, shrinkage targets and control operational costs in order to meet the business plan.
• Contribute to all aspects of business development including new store openings
• Assist Operations Manager in review and preparation of budgets
• Assists in selecting competent partners and management, participates in training.
• Ensures all systems, procedures and programmers are communicated to partners and store management.
• Analyzing sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise and ensuring the implementation of visual merchandising activities to increase the sales potential to achieve maximum sales within the region,
• Manage, develop and motivate staff to increase sales and improve efficiency
• Train/Assist Store Managers in conducting staff welfare activities
• Ensure that all new recruits understand their job and settle down well within the company

• Maximize sales and profitability of the area
• Formulate and implement store strategies and procedures
• Coach Store Managers to use commercial information effectively
• Control costs within budgetary guidelines
• Identify internal and external commercial opportunities
• Maximize productivity in stores through effective deployment of resources
• Increase market share in the area and study competition regularly
• Monitor and control expenses (overtime, local, stock and consumables) through efficient store operations
• Look at prospective sites and evaluate new sites
• Implements a high standard of customer focus within the store in the area through effective coaching
• Regularly assesses customer service standards within store
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level in all stores
• Assess mystery shopping feedback and prepare action plan for improvement
• Create seamless customer service orientation among store employees by ensuring timely and efficient customer service

qualification:
• Proven successful experience as Area manager for minimum 3 years.
• Excellent command of English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Customer service attitude.
