One of the multinational Healthcare Groups located in Smart Village is urgently looking to hire: Title: HR Business Partner Duties: • Work Closely with the Middle Management regarding the HR policies implementations and HR guidance to ensure providing advice needed and on time implementation of the HR strategic initiatives. • Participating in setting & planning the annual manpower plan in order to comply with the HR manpower budget without any deviation. • Collaborate with the HR other functions to achieve the deliverables required in Performance Management, Organization Design, Benefits management, personal and payroll related to the HQ on time. • Build strong working relationships with people managers and provide support/coaching on any organizational change, employee relations and HR related issues within the HQ. • Work with the HR Business Partners Senior Manager to partner with the functional leadership teams to design and deliver the annual training plan of the HQ. Requirements: • Bachelor degree in any relevant field. • From 3 to 5 years of experience. • Very Good command of English language. • Experience in OD and Manpower planning is a must.
