I'm currently looking for a competent full-time employee to join my team in the Egyptian Government Excellence Award as "Assessment and QA Specialist" Responsibilities: • Collection and filtration of the data required for the continual improvement of the awards criteria. • Help in developing the standard operating procedures of the award main processes. • Help in developing and implementing the award quality assurance procedures. • Monitoring the performance of processes KPIs • Submitting weekly/monthly reports that reflect the progress and aspects of the award activities. • Communicate with other award functions and assessment parties (independent assessors and entities) about the assessment activities progress. • Support the assessment and QA Director in setting up and monitoring the execution of the assessment activities plan Requirements • BA in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. • Excellent written and verbal communication Arabic/ English • Proven experience in quality management (not less than 5 years) • Proficient in MS Office; including MS Visio • Organizational and interpersonal skills • Quality assurance certification or any equivalent. • Ready to join by 15 February 2020 Please send resumes to mmohamady.egea@gmail.com
