Looking for a "People Lead" to work in startup company will be responsible of .Recruitment processes as per the manpower, Carrying out all administrative arrangements for the selection process. .Creating job descriptions & job requirements. .Create job offers and do the needed Confidential archival. .Conduct employee On-boarding and Orientation sessions. .Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. .Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes. .Handling training program for all company’s employees as needed. .Handling employee engagement and other duties as assigned.
