It's a full time night shift vacancy from 4:00pm till 1:00am with 3600 EGP as a basic net salary plus really competitive commission scheme. Excellent/Fluency in English is a must to be hired, Customer Service experience is a plus. Below are the essential duties and responsibilities for the position •Handle customer’s inquiries via email or phone. •Send confirmations of reservations made daily. •Contact hotels to confirm reservations. •Follow up with customer’s to ensure payments are made on the specified due dates. •Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
