Administration Manager

A multinational company located in El Shaikh Zayed is looking to hire "Administration Manager" Tasks: -Maintains administrative staff by maintaining a safe & secure work environment -Overseeing & agreeing on contracts & providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology -Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds & security - Managing budgets & ensuring cost-effectiveness - Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water & heating, are well-maintained - Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments & helping businesses to relocate to new offices & to make decisions about leasing - Drafting reports & making written recommendations - Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mail room & kitchen - Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices - Completed special projects by organizing & coordinating information & requirements; planning, arranging & meeting Schedules; monitoring results Qualifications: - University degree. - 5 -8 years of experience in Administration - Good in Arabic & English If you are interest send your resume via email to: hr.mkassab@outlook.com stating the position in the subject
