Bank Audi is hiring “Procurement Officer”
Department: Procurement
Main Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure that purchases are conducted as per the Bank’s purchasing guidelines .
-Maintain purchasing systems with respect to creating or receiving appropriate documentation .
-Ensure that requests are placed on ERP with all needed approvals and approved from budget control unit.
-Add new suppliers to approved supplier register according to procurement department procedures.
Main Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines as a minimum.
-Minimum 3-5 year’s relative banking experience.
-Excellent Command of both English & Arabic.
-Self Confidence and Presentation skills.
