El Sewedy Electrical Solutions is hiring (2) Sales Area Managers/ Distribution for both Areas:
1- Upper Egypt.
2- Delta Areas.
1- B.Sc. from any discipline
2- 7-10 years of experience in a relevant field and industry. specifically in Lighting fixtures, lamps, L.V components, cables & wires.
3- Strong Leading, Supervising, analyzing and networking skills.
4- Upper Egypt & Delta residents.
Some of key responsibilities:
1. Contributes in developing the annual sales plan and setting measurable and achievable targets for the sales team.
2. Schedules sales visits according to the area and the set priorities, and follows up with the sales team the outcome of visits.
3. Manages the sales team and ensures each individual is meeting the sales targets, and prepares periodical sales reports highlighting actual versus targets, and calculates sales commissions.
4. Works on developing and updating the customer list, and directs and assists the sales team to create awareness for the company products.
5. Prepares status reports highlighting accomplished customers’ visits , sales orders, current and potential customers’ status and new business opportunities.
