Responsible for analyzing a company's current HR programs 

recommending solutions through developing, revising, and implementing methodologies according to the latest market trends and needs. 

Also responsible for creating content of HR learning and Development programs and workshops

Minimum job requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor degree in HR or any related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Proficiency in English language

• Ability to conduct in-depth research and articulate methods of work

• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders to gather needed information, brainstorm ideas, conduct awareness sessions on the newly developed methodologies, etc.

• Excellent creative thinking skills

• High attention to details

• Computer literate, including demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
