QC inspector

What You Will Enjoy DoingMonitoring production lines and product quality during the various stages of production, testing raw materials and packaging materials before they are used in the production process, conducting inspection and testing products before and after packaging. Quality control of work and implementation of quality plans and programs.

• Receive cleaner lines if the product is changed according to the production plan.
• Follow-up cleaning and disinfection operations in all its forms (deep cleaning / weekly cleaning / product change / emergency cleaning ...).
• Responsible for conducting inspection and final tests on the products before packaging and packing them and recording the results of this follow-up in his reports accurately and not to prejudice the accuracy of the data.
• Quality control of packaging operations.
• Promptly report any breach of specifications during the production process.
• Monitor worker hygiene and adherence to uniforms for work and general hygiene.
• Follow up the performance of the equipment and ensure the safety of its operations in relation to product quality.
• Assist the QC supervisor to achieve the business plan and quality system

• Good English language (Communication, Reading and Writing)
• Relevant high qualification / above intermediate qualification, experience in the plastic field is a plus.
