You will be supporting a multinational tech company.

Job Description:
 
- End to end case management of absence claims
 
- Outbound contacts to employees as needed to address questions about absence cases
 
- Inbound contacts to support employee questions about COVID absence options

Qualifications:
 
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience
 
- BA degree preferred
