Contracts Engineer

Urgently needed for a Real Estate Developer Company 

located in Dokki 

a Contracts Engineer 

with the below requirements:

-Appraise Contractual Documents, Allocate Potential Risks, Provide Legal/Contractual Countermeasures during the Tender Stage,

-Manage the Contract Administrations works, including regular Sites Visit,
-Track the Contract`s Detailed Anticipated Final Forecast Values, through Variation Orders, Site Instructions, Claims and Contractual Charges,
-Ability to work with a team at all levels of the organization to develop Major Claims,
-Perform Delay Analysis with the planners

 -Ensure that terms, conditions and pricing, are accurately executed and satisfied in Agreements.

*7-10 years of Experience as contracts Engineer
*Bachelor degree of civil engineering is a must
*CLAC certified are highly preferable
*Very good command of both written and spoken English 

*Auto Cad, Microsoft Office, etc.
*Contract management
*Project management
*Contractor billing and rate analysis
*Tender preparation
