For hiring Export Specialist
About the Job
-Responsible for the online booking / VGM / final SI with all shipping line.
-Obtain, check and prepare documentation to meet customers requirements
-Obtain for shipping services and export process .
-Follow up with packing warehouse.
-Follow up customs formalizations.
-Responsible for customs documenting the shipments
-Review and approve and follow up the documents, processes and controls of freight payment and ensure all documents, processes and controls are updated.
- Follow up transportation of containers methods
Job Requirements
Experience: MUST be in the same field
Good command of English - Written/Spoken
Bachelor’s degree required Strong
Communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Work with exports that are shipped using sea freight.
They will generally be responsible for managing the full export process for a shipment, from start to finish.
Microsoft office proficiency
Experience Needed:
1 to 3 years
