Finished Product & Stability Analyst, GSK

  Job Purpose

Finished Product & Stability Analyst is responsible to test and analyze Lab samples, operate Lab equipment and instruments in order to ensure the quality of products and materials in compliance with GSK standard and specification, local requirements and GMP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and test bulk, finished products, stability samples and intermediates as well as finished products according to validated method of analysis and approved protocols and specifications.
  • Operate departmental section equipment and instruments according to approved SOP’s e.g. HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, IR and Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, balances and other analytical equipment.
  • Implement and maintain GMP, GLP and EHS requirements relevant to his/ her job.
  • Perform product validation analysis and cleaning validation analysis according to approved validation protocols.
  • Responsible for the stability stores and stability samples handling.
  • Prepare, standardize and maintain availability of reference standard, volumetric solutions, glassware, and reagents and ensure their good handling and storage according to the approved SOP’s.
  • Support GPS implementation in managing different activities relevant to the role.
Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required
  • University Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or Sciences discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in related Job is a Plus.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good analytical and instrumentation background.
  • Good knowledge of GMP, GLP and EHS regulations.
  • Good technical experience in analytical testing with its related aspects & having Trouble shooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across boundaries with high level of discipline, commitment & accountability
  • Actively seek to improve processes, controls and expand effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
