SAIB is currently hiring Projects Management Manager with the below details:
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting Kick off meetings with the customers to set the project charter, project action plan.
- Managing the time, cost & quality constraints & performing required risk analysis and planning through the entire project phases.
- Managing all the projects Life Cycle starting from the Initiation phase through the customer final acceptance.
- Communication management, liaise with all the stakeholders & manage their requirements.
- Plan the risk response plan , preventive & correction action over all the project.
- Plan and manage the agreed SLAs either internally or externally.
- Setting Quality assurance plans & process improvement plans through all the project phases.
- Maintaining the Projects’ documentations to keep projects log.
Qualifications:
- Min. 8 years experience where 4 years banking experience & 4 years proven project management experience.
- Relevant university degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science).
- PMP or Prince Certified is a must.
- Managed core banking related projects (Is a plus).
- Agile or Scrum Master knowledge (Is a plus).
- IT Experience (Is an advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where the technology is constantly changing.
- Ability to work with multiple projects within the same program or within different programs simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational & planning competency.
- Excellent verbal & written Communication competency.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Very good spoken and written English language.
