Al-Andalous for Pharmaceutical Industries is currently looking forward to hiring "Senior Recruitment & Training Specialist"

About the Job
  • Participate in recruitment process; screening CVs, arranging interview’s appointments and prepare job offer letters.
  • Follow up the induction training for the new employees; follow up training attendance and training results.
  • Support and follow up the internal training, prepare training records and follow up training results.
  • Follow up with HSE & training sections to assure that all employees attended the safety induction training.
  • Assist in preparing training plan, collecting training need assessments for each department to design the annual training plan for all sites.
  • Communicate with training centers, get the approvals and complete reservation process.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to generate suitable recommendation to enhance employees’ satisfaction.
  • Prepare the job description in coordination with HR Manager & other departments, ensure that all employees signed their job description & ensure that all job descriptions have been updated according to any changes or transfer requests.
  • Assist HR manager in various HR tasks activities.
  • Assist and maintain employee handbook with updated information if needed.
  • Administer interview computer tests for job candidates.
  • Follow up HR SOPs & records to ensure that all SOPs are updated & on time.
  • Follow up & reply to audits’ CAPA related to HR department within the due date.
  • Follow up & update Site organization chart on time.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree of any related discipline. 
  • 4 years of experience at least in Recruitment & Training in manufacturing companies is a must.
  • 6th October resident or nearby areas.
