Responsible for the requirements of Egyptian food safety authority
Responsible for maintaining and implementation of integrated management system according to the following standards “BRC - ISO 22000- ISO 9001-HALAL -ISO 45001 - ISO 14001 SQMS-YUM”
Follow up quality objectives and KPIs
System continuous improvement and consultation role regarding implemented standard
Follow up customers satisfaction and customer complaints
Follow up document control specialist
Responsible for supplier's approval and performance
Internal Audit Team Leader
HACCP Team Leader
Follow up food defense and food fraud system
Follow up Treatability and Mock Recall system
Follow up pest control system
Responsible for internal food safety training
