Office manager

ACT Global Soft (Software Arm of Advanced Computer Technology) is looking for "Office Manager "to Join our Company.

Qualifications:

-Business administration bachelor's degree or equivalent
-4+years of strong and proven office management experience.
-Experience with Administration Workflow.
-Strong communication skills.
-Strong time-management and, and multitasking ability.
-Flexibility and adapting to changes.
-Excellent command of English language (Speaking and Writing)
-Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
-Presentable and strong personality.

Job Responsibilities:

-Executive assistant to General Manager
-Overlook, Coordinate and Organize office activities.
-Oversee stock of office supplies, follow up on maintenance and equipment's availability.
-Maintain an updated hard and soft filing system.
-Support HR in scheduling meetings and interviews.
-Support HR in following up on medical insurance activities for the staff.
-Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts.
-Coordinate the internal workflow requests approval cycle within the SLA.
