"Operations Duty Manager":
Core Purpose of the job:
Supervise and manage mall operations incl. property management, tenant management, customer service, contract services such as Facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the mall, facilitating good environment for retailers business activity and pleasant shopping environment for customers.
Also, considered as the link between all operational departments to keep the workflow up to desired standards and according to the Manual guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- BA from an accredited University.
- Excellent English.
-Hands-on experience retail and managing tenants
-A team player with the ability to work independently unsupervised.
- 5+ years of experience (preferably in mall operations).
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
- Experience with Customer service, facilities maintenance, landscape and/or security.
- Giza / Sheikh Zayed residents are preferable;
