- BA from an accredited University.
- Excellent English.
- 1: 3 years of experience (preferably in mall operations).
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
- Giza / Sheikh Zayed residents are preferable; Job Location is 6 of October City.
Job Summary:
Evaluating the daily operations in the mall through constant follow up and visits to ensure that all tenants are operating smoothly according to operations' standards with no irregularities.
Moreover, reporting all issues related to customer Services, Maintenance, House Keeping, Security, and Safety to management to be resolved immediately according to internal standards.
