Senior HR Generalist is required for immediate hiring at IntCore
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the same role
- Experience in most of the HR functions
- Experience in the IT/Software Development industry is mandatory
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Location: Nile Cornish, Maadi.
