Hiring an #HR #Generalist (Factory) in 10 th. of Ramadan
Apply the attendance and absence control system and to ensure that employees comply with working hours.
Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
Application of sick leave, annual and emergency leave and business trips and ensure that balances are calculated for the employees of the company in accordance with the policies and procedures followed by the company.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Handle the Recruitment & Training functions.
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Handles the performance appraisal process
Handle Medical insurance matters.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Job Requirements
Human Resources Diploma or related studying.
Experience: 2 - 5 years as an HR Generalist
Excellent in using in MS Office.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
Outstanding Analytical and communication skills.
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Good command in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
Must be 10th of Ramadan Resident.
