Quality and Food Safety junior consultant/auditor

We are looking for a Quality and Food Safety junior consultant/auditor with excellent communication skills and an positive attitude.

Candidate responsibilities include:
- Review and/or develop initial SOPs, work instructions and related forms.
- Support TAKAMOL in developing consultancy solutions for the industry.
- Support TAKAMOL in the development and delivery of quality and/or food safety trainings .

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Safety, Veterinary medicine, Agriculture Science, Microbiology or another related field of study.
- Proven experience in writing procedures, manuals, guidelines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current food safety and/or Quality management practices,.
- Proficiency, both oral and written, in English and Arabic.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in management systems (preferred quality and food safety management systems)
- Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP/ISO9001/ISO22000.
- Previous auditing experience is a plus.
