Human Resources Business Partner- Professional
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Administers core human resource processes including employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and workforce planning within an assigned area
· Works with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues
·Prepares reports and analyzes data from human resource information systems for information reporting and management decision making
·Provides recruiting support and counsel including sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, and extending employment offers, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
·Conducts skills testing and office interviews to measure capability and aptitude
Basic Qualifications
·Bachelor's degree is a must, with minimum 3-5 yrs. of HR experience.
·Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
·Previous Recruiting Experience
·Post-Graduation in HR is preferred.
