elmenus Egypt is hiring soft skills & product knowledge trainer to join our live ops department.
Job Description:
Identify individual and team skills gaps
Schedule regular training sessions(bites) (e.g. weekly or monthly)
Ensure new hires take on basic training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills
Coordinate mentorship programs for new customer service representatives
Assess the impact of each educational course on staff performance and client satisfaction
Lead the new hires for the first month before delivering to OPS
Requirements:
Fluent in English is a Must
At least one year experience in training
Strong presentation & communication skills
Flexible to work till 10 pm
