We are hiring Senior HR Advisor
Please read our hiring process carefully before applying:
Step 1: A 20 minutes online video interview.
Step 2: An Online Psychometric test.
Step 3: Assessment Center.
Step 4: Interview
Upon meeting our hiring criteria in each step, you pass to the next one.
In case you do not meet our hiring criteria in any of the steps, an apology letter will be sent to you.
The successful candidate will be the one who meets our company criteria throughout the whole process.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the whole HR project starting from the project plan until the end deliverable to ensure meeting clients' requirements.
• Deal with all work in a timely manner and to a high-quality standard to enhance the consultancy reputation in the market and increase customer satisfaction.
• Review the HR Policies and Procedures of ENGAGE clients to ensure compliance with labor law.
• Interview jobholders and managers to get information about jobs to complete job descriptions by agreed deadlines.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the organizations' recruitment strategy to ensure that staffing needs are met.
• Recruit and hire the best candidates within our clients' budget and as per the agreed Job Profile.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys to identify areas of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction and provide clients with suitable solutions.
• Assist managers with setting performance objectives, key performance indicators and giving feedback to staff to ensure alignment of staff performance with organization's objectives.
• Follow-up on employees' development needs, provide them with the appropriate coaching and training programs to increase the ROI.
• Participate in assessment centers and evaluate employees to provide the client with insights about succession planning.
• Design grading systems and benefit schemes for clients to maintain their competitiveness in the market and decrease turnover rates.
