The School of Information Technology and Computer Science, Nile University (ITCS) of Nile University is hiring Teaching Assistants in Bioinformatics/Biomedical Informatics.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
-Graduate from Schools/programs of Bioinformatics, Medical Informatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Science, Pharmacy, or any related fields.
-Previous teaching experience is a plus
-Familiar with molecular biology techniques
-Knowledge of different aspects of biological problems.
-Familiar with Linux OS and scripting Languages such as Bash shell, Awk, and Python.
-Driving biological inference from analyzed data using statistical packages like R and SPSS.
-Experienced in analyzing next-generation sequencing (NGS) data (for example whole Shotgun, 16S rRNA amplicon, cDNA, RNA-Seq ).
