Franchise manager cosmeceutical company

A newly established cosmeceutical company seeks to hire the following position at Great Cairo:

Franchise manager

Duties:
Participates in setting, and full responsibility on implementing business strategy, marketing and sales plans
Leads and oversees the new specialists and representatives to achieve their targets successfully
Provides training and information on the business policies and procedures and other needed skills
Full responsibility on the company branding and products branding in the market
Full responsibility on the company sales, distribution and collection with his subordinates

Qualification:
Pharmacy, Vet. Or Science graduate
MBA from acknowledged university is preferred

Experience:
At least 5 years in a similar position at one of the leading cosmeceutical company in Egypt
Marketing, Sales and Management practising with marked success records
Full orientation about cosmeceutical market dynamics and dermatological field
Strong communication with the field customers and stakeholders
Strong experience in marketing communication especially ethical and digital marketing
Strong computer skills & preferably with graphic programs background

Personal qualifications:
Team leader
Strong communication skills
Ambitious and welling to succeed
Age below 40 Ys
Has own car is preferred
