Egytrans are looking for an OD, Recruitment, and Learning & Development Manager. Mainly to develop policies and procedures, amend the Performance Management System including KPIs, workload analysis, JDs, develop Learning and Development system, establish job competencies. Manage the recruitment section.
This position requires 10 + years experience, someone flexible, able to travel to our branches in Egypt, objective oriented, dedicated, and is willing to work in team.
