Job Title: Product Manager
Job Location: Cairo
Job Description:-
•Drive marketing strategies and programs related to his/her product line, consistent with overall business objectives utilizing traditional and innovative marketing approaches, tools and methodologies.
•Develop strategies and tactics to achieve successful market entry of his/her product line into key strategic product areas with the objective of maximizing market penetration and profitability for Rameda.
•Manage all marketing aspects of product line development including the formulation of business plans, management of product development activities, and the execution of new product introductions.
•Respond to customer needs through marketing leading activities.
•Work with cross--functional teams to create the total solution required to drive product sales.
•Partner with other product managers to develop and execute marketing program to achieve synergy stated revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
•Analyze and monitor financial and demographic factors in order to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activities.
•Collaborate with field sales management and KOLs to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs.

Job Requirements:-
• Pharmacy Graduate
• Marketing certificate is a must, MBA is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals sales and marketing (talented medical reps are welcomed to apply).
• Fluency in English.
• Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
• Good leadership capabilities.
• Organizational Awareness.
• Achievement and Result orientation
