Location: Cairo "Shoubra Elkhema"
Job Description:-
- Welcoming the customers
- Handling the customers' complaints
- Registering all data on the System ( customer data and mobile data )
- Complaint analysis
- Troubleshooting
- Contacting with the maintenance department
- Delivering the mobile to the customer after being fixed
- Contacting with the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
- Receiving money from the customers
- Contacting with the financial department to finalize all financial cases
- Reporting to the direct manager
Job Requirements:-
• FEMALES ONLY
• Bachelor's Degree is a must
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Max Age: 26
