Senior Procurement Specialist.

White Corp is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist.

In this position you will be responsible for managing a wide range of procurement projects with White Corp's clients and for delivering business growth in this area.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Delivering procurement advice to our clients during project delivery, including but not limited to: development of business cases, procurement strategy, Sourcing of suppliers, evaluation criteria, tender documentation.
- Providing advice on compliance with Contracts Regulations during the course of project delivery.
- Delivering technical work associated with project delivery, including but not limited to: development of service specifications, method statements, pricing schedules, evaluation of bids.
- Supporting with the management of supplier relationship, negotiations and supplier performance evaluation reports.
- Transform client requirements into a work-plan and follow through execution.
- Report writing and presentation of results and recommendations.
- Developing bids for new projects and actively undertaking business development in order to further grow the procurement work stream.

Internal management and coordination of project teams to include:
- Planning and assigning responsibilities for project coordinator
- Ensuring timely input is received from project coordinator; and
- Liaison with Project manager on strategic project issues.
- Managing deadlines/deliverables;
- Project team and client communications including updates on project progress;
- Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored;

Requirements:
- Engineering/Supply Chain Background.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle procurement process for several clients with multiple suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
