About Pharco B International (PBI):
 
Due to Pharco B International (PBI) expansion plan. We are hiring Market Access Specialists for CARBAPENEMS new business line Operating under the umbrella of Pharco Corporation, Pharco B International (PBI) is a private Egyptian shareholding pharmaceutical company founded in 2008, PBI was established as a dedicated company for Anti-infectives (House of Antibiotics). Our products are manufactured for both local and export markets.
 
Position: Market Access Specialist.

Location(s)/ working territories: 

1- Giza; 6th of October city
2- Giza:Haram
3- Cairo ( Madinaty/elobour/elshorouk)
4- Cairo ( Downtown/Elmanyal)
5- Dakahlia
6- Alexandria
7- Upper Egypt ( Sohag)

Function: Sales.
Employment type: Full-time.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Customer Value Creation: Uncover key value drivers in Institutions and pursue mutually beneficial initiatives to attain a sustainable competitive advantage(s).
• Account Planning: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a cross-functional customer focused account plan. Identify specific tactics with agreed upon timelines and ambitious goals.
• Account Implementation: Gain Carbapenems formulary listings and / or develop retail sales by leveraging account-wide value adds and negotiating hospital and buying group contracts.
• Identify business opportunities: Make strategic decisions to maximize Pharco B profitability.
• Create differentiated offerings: that advance patient care and substantively advance institutional goals. Strategically use existing value offerings and drive the development of innovative forms of customer value.
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with KDMs: Doctors, Pharmacists, and Purchasers.
• Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Strive to consistently uphold Pharco’s core values.

Qualifications & Competencies:
 
• Bachelor\"s degree preferably medical Background.
• Minimum 2 years of Hospital sales experience working within key accounts and governmental institutions
• High level of negotiation skills and extensive record of negotiation success.
• Building rapport with high presentation & persuasive skills.
• Excellent usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Effective internal & external communication skills.
• Team player.
