Original International Company for Trailers is seeking to hire " HR Manager " Responsibilities: - § Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives § Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety rules § Developing and managing performance management systems to track employee performance and conduct performance evaluations § Developing and implementing employee retention and employee engagement programs to increase employee retention § Conducting employee surveys and analyzing the results to identify opportunities for improvement § Managing HR budgets and providing reporting HR activities to the HR director and other senior managers Job Requirements: - § Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent. § Experience in organizational development and change management §  HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus. § Familiar with ERP software, preferred Odoo.
