Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, skilled in shaping a positive work culture and driving the implementation of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
Lead efforts in employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Partner with leadership to provide HR insights and support decision-making.
Oversee performance management processes, including feedback and appraisals.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience as an HR Manager
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., [HRIS, ATS, etc.]).
Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
