 • Prior experience in real estate sales, with developer experience being advantageous.

 • Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory.

 • Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and communication.

 • Exhibit self-motivation and a results-driven approach.

 • Familiarity with the West Cairo market is considered a valuable asset.
