Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Production
Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our
juice concentrate facility in 6th of October City. The
role will focus on production planning, quality and
food safety, team leadership, and cost optimization
while driving a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
1-Lead daily production operations while ensuring
adherence to quality, safety, and productivity goals.

2-Implement and maintain food safety and

compliance standards .

3-Manage production planning and scheduling based

on demand forecasts,

4-Drive efficiency and continuous improvement

initiatives to reduce downtime and waste.

5-Oversee team performance, coaching, and

development.

6-Ensure full compliance with occupational health

and safety policies.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply

Chain teams for seamless operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

1-Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or

Food Processing.

Certifications in Food Safety / Quality Systems

2-Previous experience in production management

within the FMCG / beverage industry.

3-Strong leadership, organizational, and

communication skills.

4-Knowledge of lean manufacturing, planning tools,

and compliance standards.
