Junior marketing strategist and planning
Job Summary:
The Junior Marketing Strategy & Planning position
has no direct budget authority but contributes to
strategic decision-making by supporting the planning
and tracking of marketing initiatives, including
budget utilization and KPI alignment. Their work
ensures companies operate with a unified and
data-informed marketing approach, supporting
senior managers in campaign performance analysis
and strategic calendar building.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the development of strategic marketing
calendars and action plans
-Conduct industry, market, and competitor research
and prepare summary reports
-Support in setting and monitoring KPIs for
marketing plans
-Collaborate with brand teams to ensure strategy
alignment
-Assist in preparing presentations for internal
reviews and business unit updates
-Update dashboards and marketing reporting tools
-Support scenario planning and internal simulations
for plans prioritization
-Document all strategic plans and update shared
databases

Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in mass-communication or
relevant field
Experience in marketing strategy, brand planning,
marketing consultancy, or business intelligence in
corporate or agency environments,
-Training in Strategic Marketing, Market Research, or
Business Analysis
Google Analytics or any data analysis tool familiarity
(preferred)
-Fluent in and English
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with marketing KPIs and planning models
-Ability to translate data into insights
-Presentation and communication skills
