OSD Preparation Unit Head

VITABIOTICS - Egypt for pharmaceutical industries is looking to hire the following position:
"OSD Preparation Unit Head"
Job description:
⁃ Implement and execute the production process concerning OSD preparation in compliance with GMP & safety requirements and company policies and procedures and Supervise OSD staff accordingly to ensure that all processes are carried out carefully and accurately.
⁃ Effectively participate in the daily, weekly and monthly production plan for OSD, and allocates the OSD preparation staff accordingly, to ensure the proper implementation of the production process in a timely manner, under GMP and as per the written SOPs, including the machine operation as per SOPs and BPR data.
⁃ Coordinate and arrange with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of the work process, and to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within the organization.
-Keep the OSD preparation unit staff fully aware and well-trained on SOP and follow up the implementation process to ensure the adherence to the approved SOPs in all OSD preparation process aspects (preparation process, cleaning machines, etc.)

-Check and monitor the production area environment, hygiene and general cleaning (major/ minor cleaning for machines - rooms), to ensure that all premises and equipment are working in a good condition with no defects and are comply with GMP before starting with the production process and report any deviation to the direct manager accordingly.

job requirement:

- BSC degree in Pharmacy.

-6 to 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. ⁃ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ⁃ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
