Hiring a Procurement Manager
What You'll Do:
-Lead and develop the purchasing team, providing
guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
-Develop and implement procurement strategies that
align with the company's overall objectives.
-Manage the entire supplier lifecycle, from sourcing
and evaluation to contract negotiation and
performance management
-Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency
improvements across all purchasing activities.
-Analyze market data and industry trends to make
informed purchasing decisions
-Collaborate closely with internal departments
(Maintenance, Production, Finance) to ensure their
material and service needs are met.
-Ensure compliance with internal procurement
policies and procedures, as well as regulatory
standards.
-Manage supply chain risks and develop mitigation
plans.

What We're Looking For:
-Bachelor's degree in a related field.
-A minimum of 10 years of experience in purchasing,
with at least 3 years in a managerial role, must be in
the F&B industry
-Proven track record of successful negotiation and
cost savings
-Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement
principles and practices
-Excellent leadership and team management skills,
with the ability to motivate and develop staff
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
-Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) systems and procurement software.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
both Arabic and English,
