Quality Assurance

We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and oversee the implementation of quality management systems.

Key Responsibility

- Develop and review quality specifications for raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct and follow up on internal and external audits.
- Monitor suppliers' performance and evaluate compliance with standards.
- Ensure implementation of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Proven experience dealing with the Egyptian Food Safety Authority (NFSA), including obtaining export certificates for companies in the qualification stage for the Whitelist.
- Strong ability to implement NFSA requirements in factories for Whitelist approval.
- Full knowledge of sampling plans for testing in central or NFSA-accredited laboratories to obtain export certificates.
- Experience in handling all NFSA branches regarding factory audits, export certificates, registration, and licensing.
- Solid background in dealing with the Industrial Development Authority for obtaining or renewing factory operating licenses.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or science.
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in the food industry).
- Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
