Gourmet Food Solutions is Hiring - Quality Control Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team at GFS . If you are passionate about quality and food safety, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure food safety and quality.
- Monitor hygiene and cleanliness across production areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP ISO, GMP).
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and reports.
⁃ Report non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with the Quality Manager.
⁃ Ensure packaging and labeling meet company and legal requirements.
⁃ Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and hygiene practices. 

Requirements:

⁃ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, agricultural , or related field.

⁃ Knowledge of HACCP ISO, and food safety standards is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
