Factory Manager - Food Manufacturing

Job Title: Factory Manager - Food Manufacturing (Canned & Frozen Products Location: Sadat City, Egypt
We are a leading food manufacturing and exporting company with two production facilities (canned products factory and frozen products factory). We are looking for experienced and dedicated Factory Managers to oversee each plant's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the factory production, maintenance, quality, safety)
Ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are met.
Supervise and lead factory staff and department supervisors.
Implement and monitor quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP ISO, etc.)
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and export departments.

Monitor factory budget, costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for top management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industria Management, Food Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5-7 vears of experience in factory management, preferably in food manufacturing canned or frozen products)

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and export regulations

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Preferably residents of or near Sadat City
