Key Responsibilities :
1-Contribute to the annual International Business Plan and drive execution in assigned markets.
2-Manage distributors, Go-To-Market plans, product activations, and ensure sustainable business growth.
3-Open new markets, onboard new distributors, and expand LAMAR's presence in targeted regions.
4-Achieve sales targets and deliver growth objectives. 
5-Build new partnerships and develop additional sales channels. 
6-Oversee new product launches and ensure alignment with market timelines and milestones.
7-Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth export operations in line with SLAs.
8-Represent the company in international exhibitions and market visits,. 
9-Conduct market audits, competitive analysis, and value-chair assessments. 10-Prepare sales performance reports for management
 11-Monitor and report on changes in export laws and regional practices, ensuring compliance and proactive planning. 
12-Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support efficient export operations and commercial success.
