Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist with solid knowledge of the Economic Zone Authority, customs procedures, export & import, and the Nafeza svstem. The ideal candidate will manage logistics operations efficiently and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
Handle all logistics operations ( import & export)
Follow up on customs procedures and documentation.
Coordinate with the Economic Zone Authority regarding approvals and required processes
Manage entries on the Nafeza platform and ensure timely clearance
Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and compliance with regulations. 

Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery

Prepare periodic reports for logistics activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business. or related field.

2-3 years of experience in logistics, especially customs, Economic Zone, and import/export

Strong knowledge of:

The Economic Zone Authority

Customs (export & import

Nafeza system

Good English language skills (spoken & written)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
