OSISCO for Injection & Flooring Systems is hiring an HR Supervisor to join our team.

 Location: One Kattameya - Cairo
Job Responsibilities: 

. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 

• Develop hiring strategies and oversee the selection process 

• Establish and communicate clear HR policies 

‣ Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts

 • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

 • Develop and implement the HR strategic plan. 

• Implement effective performance management systems. 

• Implement and maintain efficient HR information systems.

 • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program. 

• Identify and address employee training and development needs,

Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree.

 • HR Diploma. 

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in HR. 

‣ Very good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Strategic HR practices,

 • Highly presentable with advanced communication skills and strong command of the English language.
