Misr Pyramids Group is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead and optimize the planning function within our fast-paced FMCG cosmetics environment

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement planning strategies aligned with business objectives • Lead production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning • Drive accurate demand forecasting in collaboration with Sales & Marketing • Optimize inventory levels and resource utilization • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing planning team

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field • Proven experience as a Planning Manager • FMCG background is a must • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Excellent command of Enalish
